I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new principal of East Lake Academy of Fine Arts. I am honored to join such a passionate and dedicated community that truly values education. As I step into this role, I want to share a bit about myself and my vision and goals for our school with you.

I am a wife and mother to an incredible seven-year-old. I am also a first-generation college graduate who has a love for learning. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in secondary education at the University of North Florida. I have a Masters in educational leadership from the Univerity of Tennessee Chattanooga, an Educational Specialist degree, and a Doctorate in educational leadership from Carson-Newman University.

I have served in Hamilton County Schools as an English teacher and instructional coach at The Howard School and as an administrator at The Howard School, Tyner Middle Academy, East Ridge High School, and Brainerd High School.

I am excited for the journey that lies ahead for our school community. I am confident that, together, we can create an exceptional learning environment where our students feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their highest potential. I look forward to partnering with you as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
